APPROVE. Proposed foundation work is consistent with adopted Fourth & Gill Design Guidelines. Side deck will be behind existing screened porch and will not be visisble from Gratz.

  - One story frame with artificial siding. Side gable roof with front cross gable, asphalt shingle roof covering, wood louvered attic vent. Six over six double hung windows. Shed roofed portico. Screened side porch. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
