Approval of proposal to construct wood frame front-gabled carport to rear of house, approximately 12x25 with concrete floor. Structure is to meet building code with 5-foot setbacks from property lines.

    • Level I. Replace roof shingles in-kind, repair wood trim along roof soffit with in-kind material
    • Level II. Construct wood frame front-gabled carport to rear of house (lot is 50x140 lot), approximately 12x25 with concrete floor.
    • The intent is to construct a freestanding carport that compliments the home and shelter the owner's vehicle from the weather. Constructed on concrete slab to be placed in the rear of the back yard. The existing, non permanent, storage building will be removed previous to the new carport construction. The carport placed 5 ft off the property lines. At one time there was a garage on this property but was demolished due to safety hazard by previous owner.

      • One-story frame with brick veneer wall covering using tapestry brick in front gables. Side gable roof with central and end front gables. Unroofed portico at front entry. Six over six double hung windows. Enclosed screened porch with arched openings on side elevation. Brick exterior front chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
