- Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 38' with a front porch of 8' pertruding into the setback line. The west side yard setback shall be 15.4' and the east side yard setback shall be 6.70'. The off-street parking shall be accessed off the alley by a 12' wide driveway. An existing maple tree shall be preserved in the front yard space. A private sidewalk will connect the front porch to the public sidewalk.
- Architecutal Elevation - The house shall have a 12:5 roof pitch, the roof of the front porch will have a hipped peak. The porch shall be 16' wide and 8' deep and is supported by 6" square columns with a brick base. The front exposed foundation shall be a maximum of 1' 5" in the front. The front door faces the street and has square top lichts and the three windows that face the street are praire style.
