- Style: Queen Anne with Neoclassical influence. (c.1910)
- One and one-half story frame with weatherboard and aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and turret over enclosed front porch, asphalt shingle roof cvovering. Front gable with arched recess containing Palladian-style window with diamond panes on side sshes. One story enclosed two-thirds front porch with knee braces at added portico at front entry. Two interior offset side brick chimneys and rear brick kitchen vent. Brick foundation, stuccoed in places, with concrete block between brick piers on front elevation. Irregular plan. Suggestive of Plan No. 331, George F. Barber's Modern Dwellings.
