- TEMPORARY APPROVAL to demolish rear addition on house, which is tilting and in danger of collapse, and on garage, which is not original. Reroof and remove aluminum soffit covering.

  - One story frame with stucco wall covering. Telescoping front gable roof with brackets. One over one double hung windows. One story one-half front porch with brick columns, side entry with brick buttresses. Exterior side brick chimney. Rectangular plan.
