Approval of a one-story side-gabled addition on the northwest side of an existing rear addition as indicated in work description, with the condition that the new projection is reduced from 8 feet to 6 feet.Applicant Request
- Construct addition on northwest side of earlier rear house addition to enlarge existing bathroom/laundry addition. The current addition size is 8 ft x 9 ft. Extend the addition westward by 8 feet making it 16 ft long by 9 ft wide. The roof pitch and material will match the asphalt shingle roof on the existing addition. Siding will be vinyl siding to match existing on addition and house. Install 1/1 vinyl double-hung window on front and one on the end. The windows will match the vinyl double-hung 34" by 56" on the main house. The foundation will be concrete block parged with stucco to match existing on the addition and the house. The edge of the roof is proposed to be 10 feet off the ground with an 8/12 pitch.

Boxed cornice with returns. Plain frieze. Recessed transom and sidelights with blue leaded glass. Ionic front porch columns on one story full front porch. Rear and side wrap around porch. Two brick corbelled interior chimneys.
