- Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped front dormer with three double hung one over one windows. One over one double hung windows. One story full hipped roof front porch with round wood columns with Ionic capitals, turned wood balustrade. Interior offset rear brick chimney. Concrete block foundation. Rectangular plan. House reportedly moved to current location from further east on Third Avenue at time of I-40 construction, when a rear breezeway and attached gable roof garage were added to the property along with a rear, exterior wood stair.
