- Replace wood siding in kind as necessary; replace one over one wood windows with duplicate windows of same size, pane configuration and materials; reroof using asphalt shingles; repair soffit and eaves; replace gutters; rebuild foundation at rear at necessary; repair porch floor in kind if necessary.

- Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1895).
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering. One over one double hung windows. One story one-half front porch with round wood columns, Doric capitals. Two interior offset corbelled brick chimneys, partially fallen. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
