New Primary Structure• The finished floor elevation shall be between 106.5 and 107.5 feet with a maximum of 4' of exposed foundation on the front of the house, facing Connecticut Avenue;
• 2-4 blocks should be taken out of the foundation on the site plans;
• The windows should be the ones shown on the site plans;
• Invert elevation should be shown on site plans;
• A maple tree should be shown on the plans.

Architectural Elevations:
Front Elevation - The structure shall have a 5/12 roof pitch with asphalt shingles and is characterized with a gable over the porch that faces the Ohio Avenue. All the windows on front and right side elevation are 30/50 with a 6 over 6 gill pattern. There are 4 windows located on the front elevation (one left of theporch, one within the boundaries of the porch, and two to the right of the porch - placed together with no space in between them). The porch is 8'X14' and has 6" x 6" columns, agin with a gable roof over it. The exposed foundation shall not exceed 4'. The finished floor elevation will be a minimum of 106.5' and a maximum of 107.5'.
Right Side Elevation - The siding shall be vinyl and one window 30/50 window shall be placed on the right elevation. All other dimensions are dimensions and details are the same as the description under the front elevation.
Left Side Elevation - There are no windows on this side and all other dimensions are dimensions and details are the same as the description under the front elevation.
Plot Plan:
There is a 36" wide sidewalk that extends from the property line on Ohio Street to the center of the front porch. The front yard setback is 25' and the porch extends into that same setback. Both side yard setbacks are 6'. The driveway shall be accessed off the alley and shall align within the building footprint so, to not enter the front/sideyard space (as seen on drawing). The finished floor elevation shall be a minimum of 106.5' and a maximum of 107.5'. The porch shall measure 8' deep and 14' wide. A existing maple tree shall be maintained in the front yard on the north western corner area.
All the above mentioned dimensions and plan characteristics have been submitted by the applicant. The sumbitted drawings are part of the application and shall be used in conjunction with the description above if any enforcement issues may arrise. The applicant is responsible for building according to what was submitted and approved by the Infill Housing Design Review Committee.
