- Change to the Front Porch - The existing lower brick portion of the front porch wall is to remain and the upper portion is to be replaced. Details of this change include adding caps to the brick piers and adding 6" X 6" columns. Between the piers will be a 36" porch railing and above will be arches. The footprint and roof pitch of the porch will not change.
- All details shall be consistent with the stamped plans that are attached.
