Installation of one brass logo sign. Sign is 3' tall, 3'-9-7/8" wide, non-illuminated brass, pin-mounted logo sign. The sign will be installed on the east elevation, wall adjacent to the hotel entry, under the porte cochere. Full sign package reviewed by the Design Review Board in February 2021; sign package included location of and reference to proposed sign, but sign was omitted from package.
