- Remove window and install shorter two over two double hung window on west (side) elevation to make internal room for installation of kitchen cabinets. Alteration will not be conspicuous from Oklahoma Avenue, and trim work and window unit will match original windows on house.

Old North Knoxville

- Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1910)
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Steeply pitched hip roof with side gable, asphalt shingle covering. Double hung one over one windows. One story wrap around front and side porch with Ionic capitals on round wood columns, replacement sawn wood balustrade. Brick foundation, raised to two story height in rear. Irregular plan. Sidelights and transom at front entry (covered).
