- One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Steeply pitched hip roof with side gable, asphalt shingle covering. Double hung one over one windows. One story wrap around front and side porch with Ionic capitals on round wood columns, replacement sawn wood balustrade. Brick foundation, raised to two story height in rear. Irregular plan. Sidelights and transom at front entry (covered).
