- Replace three wood windows in kind with one over one double hung wood windows; replace deteriorated wood siding in kind as necessary; replace tongue & groove porch floor in kind; repair brick foundation as necessary using provisions of Preservation Brief N. 2.

- Style: Folk Victorian (c.1890)
  - One and one-half story frame with wood lap siding wall covering. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle covering. One story two-thirds front porch with round wood columns with Doric capitals. Two over two double hung windows. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Transom at front entry.
