Architectural Elevations: The roof pitch is 5:12 with gable facing Ohio Avenue. The porch is 8' deep and runs the entire width of the house which is 28''. There are two windows on the front façade (Ohio Avenue side) and three windows each on the right and left elevation. The front door is located on the Ohio Avenue facing façade and centered in the middle. The exposed foundation along Ohio Avenue will be between 8" and 24".

Plot Plan: The frontyard setback is 25' (along Ohio Avenue) with t extending 8' into the setback. The sideyard setbacks are 13' 11" on both sides. The off-street parking is via a parking pad with access provided off an existing alley. A deciduous tree is to be located in the front yard, along with a private sidewalk leading from the front porch to the front property line, along Ohio Avenue.
