APPROVE certificiate 6-B-18-DT subject to the following condition:1) External lighting of this sign must obtain Downtown Design approval (staff or board) before installation.
Applicant Request
:- Replace existing projecting sign at the Clinch Avenue and Walnut Street corner of the building with a new 4' wide by 2' tall projecting sign. The sign is non-illuminated, constructed of high density urethane (HDU), and will hang from a metal bracket. The sign will project at a 45 degree angle from the corner of the building and will have a minimum clearance with the sidewalk of 8'.
