    • Construct new accessory building, 24'x24', with 20' setback from alley, sitting behind primary structure. 12/12 roof with wood siding, garage door opening to alley, one over one windows, and covered walkway supported by square wood columns. On rear elevation, board to simulate cornice return will be added at bottom of gable.

    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1890)
      • One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, imbricated rectangular and diamond shaped singles in alternating rows in gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, Eastlake style bargeboard, cornice returns, and arched attic window in front gable. One over one replacement windows. One story two-thirds front porch with round turned wood columns with Doric capitals and square bases, replacement aluminum balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bay on south elevation. Transom at front entry.
