Architectural Elevations - The roof pitch is 6:12. The front façade shall have vinyl shakes in each gable, minimum of 8" band board under each gable, windows shall be 1:1 with no shutters and 4" trim, the front foundation and porch piers shall be either brick or stucco, the handrail shall be a maximum of 3' high if needed, porch columns shall be tapered. The windows shall be 3050 windows, the maximum exposed front foundation height is 2'. The right side elevation shall have one door and two windows, as shown on the drawings. The left side elevation shall have two windows, consistent with the drawings.

Plot Plan - The front yard setback is 26' with an 8' deep porch encroaching into the front yard setback. The west side yard setback is 16' and has a 12' wide driveway that extends to an existing garage. The east side yard setback is 8'. An existing tree shall be preserved within the front yard and a private sidewalk extends from the front porch to the front property line.

All details shall be consistent with the approved drawings.
