Guttering; Masonry repair/painting; Porch elements; Siding

- Replace tongue & groove porch floor with tongue & groove as necesssary; replace skirt board, window sills and other trim in kind; repair siding as necessary with wood siding; install missing stair and porch rails on rear porches, using 2x2 balusters on 5-6" centers set into top and bottom rail; install gutters; repair masonry chimneys as necessary using Preservation Brief No. 2.

- Style: Dutch Colonial Revival with Shingle influence. (1905)
  - Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering and wood shingle covering on second story and covered porch. Gambrel roof with shed roof central dormer and flanking gabled dormers with arched wood louvered vents and recessed paired windows with splayed surround. Asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung four over four windows. Recessed central one bay front porch with square wood posts with Doric caps and covered porch to the north , also with square wood posts. Wood shingled balustrade on both porches. Unroofed porch on south elevation with square sawn wood balustrade. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Stone foundation on front elevation and brick foundation on sides and rear. Irregular plan. Single light transom and sidelights at front entry. Projecting two story bay on south elevation.
