Approval to construct one-and 1/2-story frame Craftsman-style house as per submitted work description, drawings and specifications.

- The infill house is proposed be constructed in the Craftsman style with one and 1/2- stories and a finished-out basement level for a total of 4200 square feet. It will have a brick foundation and wood lap siding, shingles, and trim on the upper level. The roof is pitched at 5:12 with the ridge parallel to the street and will have 3-foot projecting eaves with exposed rafter tails and beadboard soffits. Along the side gable eaves will be large wooden brackets supporting the overhang. The porch will have tapered brick piers with concrete caps. On each pier there will be a grouping of four wooden columns supporting a large wooden porch beam. The porch floor will be tongue-and-groove wooden boards with a brick threshold and low brick bench walls between the piers. The windows will be wood double-hung one-over-one with 1x4 and 1x6 trim. The front door will be wooden one-light with inset horizontal panels on the lower half.
