Site Plan - The front yard setback is 25' and the east side yard setback is 8.9'. The driveway is accessed from Sycamore Drive and is located towards the center of the lot. A TREE SHALL BE PRESERVED OR PLANTED IN THE FRONT YARD.

Architectural Elevations - The roof pitch is 9:12 and 10:12. The front elevation has two separate windows to the left of the door and three to the right, with one being a double window.

All details shall be consistent with the approve plans.
