Garage is located to the rear of the lot beyond heavy landscaping and is not visible from Emoriland. Modification of roof design to be front-facing gable roof with continuous shed dormers if desired for storage.

    • One story frame with brick veneer wall covering. Side gable porch with asphalt shingle roof covering. One bay centered front porch with front facing gable, arched openings on side and front, and brick steps with buttressing in brick. Six over six double hung windows with six light casement at front side. Brick exterior end chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
    • Brick double garage with hip roof in rear yard.
