Approve installation of wood-framed shed roof covering with asphalt shingles over southwest side door based on design guidelines.

- Add wood frame shed roof overhang 16 inches x 6 feet wide with asphalt shingles over previously approved (10-21-2010) southwest side door. The overhang will have a beadboard ceiling and be supported by triple-planked decorative brackets similar to the submitted photograph. Fascia of roof overhang will be faced with trim to match that existing on the house.
