      • One and one half story frame with aluminum siding. Hip roof with lower cross gables and gabled attic dormer, asphalt shingle covering. Double hung one over one windows. One story one bay front porch with aluminum columns and balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Sidelights at front entry. Projecting bay on front façade.
