- Site Plan - Front yard setback of 15' with a 8' deep porch extending into the setback. Side yard setbacks are 22'4" to the west and 17'6" to the east. The driveway is 12' wide and 35' deep and concrete. A sidewalk extends from the porch to Laflore Avenue and to the driveway. A tree is planted in the sideyard within 25' of the front property line.
- Architectural Elevations - On the front of the house the door is centered and there are two windows, one on each side of the door. The porch has a railing system around the perimeter of the porch. The exposed foundation, as seen from Leflore Avenue is between 8" to 24". There are three windows and one door on the right side elevation and two windows on the left side elevation. The roof pitch shall be a minimum of 5:12.
