- Architectural Elevations: On the front elevation the main roof has a 6:12 pitch. The gable over the porch is sided with Hardie cedar shake shingles. The porch is 8' x 24' and has three craftsman posts and a hand rail system around the perimeter. The exposed foundation is 2-3' in height and is concrete block with a stucco finish. The right side elevation contains three windows. The left side elevation contains four windows. The front door is a half-light style door.
- Site Plan: The font yard setback is 17.1' and the porch encroaches 8' into this setback. The south side yard setback is 40.2' and the north side yard setback is 11'. A 24' x 20' stone parking pad is accessed from the alley by a 10' wide pea gravel driveway. The existing or old driveway that is accessed from Ohio Avenue will be removed, along with the existing chain link fencing. There is a private sidewalk leading from the front porch to the front property line.
