New non-illuminated projecting sign. Oval-shaped sign measures 4'-O" by 2'-3", and will be aligned at the same height as the other projecting signs on the Phoenix Building, extending out from the leftmost engaged column. Bottom of sign to be more than 16' above sidewalk level.
