The site plan was approved to have a maximum of 35' front yard setback to the baitable portion of the front yard. Other setbacks include a 73' rear yard setback and two side yard setbacks of 12'. A private walkway connects the steps on the porch to the public sidewalk at the street. The parking is accessed off the alley and remains behind the rear wall of the house. The porch is 8'X16'.

Architectural Elevations: The building is to have a 6/12 roof pitch, vinyl siding, three windows on the front, a door entrance on the porch, railings on the porch, porch columns, and a 4' high stucco exposed foundation.
