Architectural Elevations - The main body of the house has a roof with an 8:12 pitch and the gable end faces the street. The porch will be 8 deep'. There are two windows (both double) and one door facing the street. The exposed foundation will be between 24" and 48".
Site Plan - The frontyard setback is 25' to the habitable portion of the house, while the south sideyard setback is 12' and the north side setback is 20'. A private sidewalk extends from the porch to the front property line. A tree will be planted in the front yard. The offstreet parking will be accessed of a drivewaytghat is 12' within the front yard and extends 20' past the habitable portion of the house.
