    • Architectural Elevations - Front: The front door shall front a 4'X8' stoop with a 5:12 roof pitch over the stoop. There are a set of two windows to each side of the door. The roof pitch of the main structure is 5:12. The exposed foundation on the front facing Cedar Avenue shall not be more than 4' of exposed block. The left side elevation shall contain a stoop and window.
    • Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 33' feet and the left side yard setback (Melter St.) shall be 11' and the interior side yard setback shall be 8'. There shall be a tree planted in the front yard. The chain link fence between Cedar Avenue and the front of the house shall be removed. A sidewalk leading from the stoop to Metler St. shall be retained/installed.
    • All other detail as described on the stamped and approved plans.
