Site Plan - The front yard setback will be 28.73' with the front porch encroaching 8' into the setback. The East side yard setback is 7.45' and the West side yard setback is 8.32'. The vehicular access is off the alley and is served by a 24' x 24' parking pad. A tree is planted in the front yard and a sidewalk connects the front porch to the street.

Architectural Elevation - The front porch is 8' deep and 24' wide. The house is 44' wide and 34' deep. There are three windows and the front door faced Thomas Street.
