- Replace broken or cracked tiles with similar glass. Install window screens for lower sashes. Remove remaining paint residue from glass tiles. Reglaze all stained glass tiles. Repair or replace( if necessary) lower window sashes with similar design in wood.

- Style: Queen Anne (c.1910).
  - Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and asphalt shingle covering. Double hung two over two and Queen Anne over one windows. One story two-thirds front porch with round wood columns with Doric capitals. Second story front porch with round wood columns, solid board balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick Foundation. Irregular plan. Bay window on front façade.
