    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1890)
      • One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and squared fluted bargeboard in front gable, arched attic vent window in gables and triangular attic vent with shaped inset, asphalt shingle roof covering. Two over two double hung windows, paired on front gable. One story two thirds front porch with raised sunburst design on front facing brackets, squared fluted columns and one story side one-half porch with identical columns and brackets and weatherboarded balustrade, beadboard ceilings aond tongue and groove floors. Stuccoed interior central and interior rear offcenter chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Three light transom and sidelights.
