Windows- Replace existing one over one, wood, double hung, deteriorated windows, as needed, with wood windows, one over one, duplicating size of original windows. Per approved HZC motion of 7/16/2009: Continue window replacement after staff determines original window configuation, which was likely 1/1. NOTE: Tripled second story front windows with calmes can ONLY be replaced with sashes with calmes.

- Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Cross hip roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung one over one, six over six, eight over eight and two over two windows. Lattice pattern windows on second story. One story two bay front porch with round replacement wood columns with square wood capitals and hexagonal bases, sawn wood balustrade. Gabled projecting bays on east and west elevations with wood shingles on upper gables. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Divided sidelights and transom at front entry.
