Reason for Closure
To consolidate area of right-of-way that was dedicated per plat recorded as Instrument No. 201301140045950. The right-of-way area was dedicated to satisfy minimum turning radius requirements at a street intersection. However, this area is not needed due to abutting portion of Dawn St. being closed per Ordinance O-13-2013. Area will be consolidate into existing lot 190R1or CLT094HQ00502.
