- Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables with lattic work bargeboard, lattice paned attic vent, asphalt shingle roof covering. One over one double hung windows. One story full front porch with turned wood columns with sawn wood brackets, gabled entry and hipped roof, turned wood balustrade, and modillions at cornice. Two interior offset brick chimneys, one side and one rear. Brick foundation with lattice panels under front porch, buttressed concrete front steps. Irregular plan.
