- NOTE: The first two items on this Certificate are a duplication of 92498EDG, which was approved by the Commission but which has expired. 1)Demolish garage; 2)replace porch columns with square wood columns and sawn wood rails and sawn wood balusters; 3) remove two exterior (one front and one rear) doors that originally existed to provide access to additional units and reside to match the original wall covering, adding wood double hung window on front.

- One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with asphalt shingle covering, louvered attic vent, gabled dormer. One story full porch with square wood pilasters with Doric capitals and square wood posts with Ionic capitals on brick piers, brick balustrade. Double hung six over six and one over one windows. One interior offset brick chimney. Stuccoed foundation. Rectangular plan.
