    • Style: Eastlake (c.1898)
    • One and one-half story frame with weatherboard and sawn wood shingle wall coverings. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, sawn wood bargeboard at gables, circular sunburst pattern in front gable, and dentil trim below wood shingles on gable ends. One over one double hung windows; top sashes on front elevation are Queen Anne windows. Front stoop with knee braces (added to enclosed original front and side wrap around porch c.1950). Interior central brick chimney. Stuccoed brick foundation. Irregular plan. Cutaway bay on front façade with sawn wood brackets and drop pendants. Rusticated ashlar stone wall at sidewalk.
    • One story concrete block non-contributing garage with flat roof, partially collapsed. (c.1970)
