- One and one-half story frame with weatherboard and aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and turret over enclosed front porch, asphalt shingel roof covering. Front gable with arched recess containing Palladian-style window with diamond panes on side sashes. One story enclosed two thirds front and side wrap around front porch with knee braces at added portico at front entry. Two interior offset side brick chimneys. Brick foundation with some stucco and concrete block between brick piers on front elevation. Irregular plan. Suggestive of Plan No. 331, George F. Barber's Modern Dwellings.
