- Construct two new dwelling units adjacent to 105 Gill (101 and 109) per plans submitted with application, with steeply pitched complex roof shapes, metal roofs, wood lap siding, concrete block foundation walls; also repair to existing structure to replace metal roof in kind, repair siding, fascia and wood trim as necessary duplicating original material, half round gutters and round downspouts. - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with projecting gable roofed front porch, side gable with full return and shed roofed extension on rear, metal roof covering. One over one double hung windows, arched on front elevation and on side bay, where they are two over two. One story one half front porch with full return, imbricated shingles and curvilinear ornamental attic vent, modillions and square Doric columns, two entry doors with transoms, with primary entry door having arched transom. Brick foundation. Irregular floor plan.
