Masonry repair/painting; Roofing; Storm windows or doors; Windows- Repair chimneys, using low-Portland content mortar and Preservation Brief No. 2; replace roof covering; replace or repair windows as necessary or install storm windows; remove window on rear elevation, second story; remove balcony added on side (c.1970) and install window where door is now located; repair and reinstall fretwork on front porch; replace porch railing to match fretwork (using 1x1 spindles set into top and bottom rail with 1 inch spacing) at original height; repair siding, fascia and soffit as necessary; replace metal rear door with wood, 15 light beveled door.

- Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering and imbricated shingles in gables. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, diamond-paned attic windows, upper gable projection with sawn modillions in cutaway two story bay forming front gable. Two over two double hung windows. One story two-thirds front porch, partially enclosed, with three over one windows, chamfered wood columns, patterned spandrel, bead board ceiling and tongue and groove floor. Modern metal balustrade on front porch. Concrete buttresses at front steps. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Transoms at front entries; projecting cutaway two story bay on front elevation. Added pressure-treated wood balcony on side elevation.
