- Modification to design of new construction approved by HZC in March 2020. Paired, double-hung, three-over-one windows proposed for second-story gable fields. Windows to be Pella Impervia brand, fiberglass windows to match previously approved design, with trim to match first-story windows.

- In constructing new houses: the type of features that have formed the aesthetics of contributing structures should be incorporated in new residential design, including such elements as wings, porches, bays, dormers, or entry features and windows that were traditionally used in the district.
