APPROVE design of wall signs, because they are consistent with the adopted design guidelines.

Other:

- Install two wall mounted internally lit signs, one of 39.42 sq. ft. centered over front entrance, and one on side elevation of same size and design.

- Style: Contemporary with Asian influence (2002)
  - One story stone structure, approved by HZC, to house Asian restaurant. Proposed wall signs will spell out the restaurant name in stylized, internally lit script. One sign will be placed above the entry and a second, smaller sign will be placed on the elevation exposed to Kingston Pike.
