Doors; Porch elements; Siding; Windows- LEVEL I
- Roof repair with shingles in-kind, repoint and repaint brick foundation, add wood siding to rear addition and replace damaged siding on rear, repair original windows, install and screen HVAC in rear.
- LEVEL II
- 1) Replace non-original front porch balustrade with wood sawn balusters and molded top rail.
- 2) Replace late-added front and rear doors with wood half-lite doors with panels below.
- 3) Add two new small wood-framed windows within each 2nd-level gable end. Window on west side to be single-lite, non-operable to match size of existing louvered vent to be retained. Window on east end to be double-hung, 24.4" by 36.5"
- 4) Replace concrete front porch steps and add handrails.
