Deck; Masonry repair/painting

- Tuckpoint foundation wall as needed, using standards in Preservation Brief No. 2; construct small rear deck, set in from sides of houses and not visible from public right of way.

- Style: Queen Anne Cottage with Craftsman influence. (c.1910)
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables with imbricated shingles in gables, hand sawn wood attic vent on front gable and six light attic vent window on porch gable. One story front and side wrap around porch with splayed posts on brick piers. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
