- Add porch roof covering to north elevation; add railing to match photo but at 36" to meet building codes; add bargeboard in front and side gables; add front attic window same size as existing vent but glazed behind sawn wood filigree; remove metal storms and either replace wood 2/2 double hung windows with identical windows or add wooden storm windows; remove artifical siding, beginning under front porch covering but eventually extending to entire house.

- Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1920)
  - One story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and asphalt shingle roof covering, gablet on front elevation with attic vent (vent covering removed). One over one double hung windows. One story two-thirds front porch with square wood posts with fluting, sawn wood brackets, recent lattice balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Stuccoeed foundation. Irregular plan. Transom at main front entry.
