The attached plans include the most current version of the approved plans, including sheet SK.001 (07/17/2015) and SK.002 (09/03/2014). - ________________________________________
- Front façade: Replace existing wood single panel half lite entry doors with new [dark bronze finish aluminum storefront with sidelights and] full lite aluminum storefront doors. [Dark bronze brake metal trim will be installed at either end of the storefront as shown on the attached plans.] The entry doors will also be recessed approximately eight (8) inches because they currently swing over the property line which is not allowed by the building code. [Two new soffit mounted recessed light fixtures will be installed in front of the storefront sidelights.]
- Sign: Install a new 3-foot by 4-foot metal blade sign to be externally illuminated or 'halo' illuminated. The clearance with the sidewalk will be 12 feet 3 inches.
- West Elevation (side): Create new door opening toward the rear of the building to accommodate new painted metal double doors. Install new down light to match the existing on the front façade.
