Architectural Elevation - The font façade has 1:1 windows, tapered porch columns with brick bases, and 6:12 roof pitch. The porch gable has simulated shakes. The left and right side elevations are characterized by three windows.
The Site plan - The front yard setback is 46.02'. The west side setback is 6.45' and the east side setback is 15.37'. A sidewalk leads from the front porch to the street and a tree is planted in the front yard. Off-street parking is accessed off the alley. The front porch is 20' wide and 8' deep.
All details shall be consistent with the approved (stamped) plans.
