Architectural Elevations - The front elevation has a main roof with a 6:12 pitch, the front facing gable with an 8:12 pitch, and the porch roof with a 6:12 pitch. The maximum height of the exposed front foundation is 4' 4". The perimeter porch handrail is a maximum of 36" high. There is a door and window under the porch roof and a window to the right of the door, under a front facing gable that has vinyl shakes and an 8" trim board located at the bottom. The left and right elevation each have two windows.
Site Plan- The front yard setback is 25'. The south side yard setback is 15' 4 1/8" and the north side yard setback is 18' 9". The driveway extends 20' beyond the front façade. The porch is 8' deep. A private sidewalk extends from the front porch to the street. A tree shall be planted in the front yard.
All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
