APPROVE with provision that finials and roof ornamentation will be reused on shingle roof. Inadequate roof structure has caused roof structure to begin failing.

- Remove existing slate roof on main structure, metal roof on front porch, and asphalt shingle roofs on additions and replace all with asphalt/fiberglass shingles, retain or replace ridge ornaments, stucco chimney using low Portland-content mortar.

  - Two story frame with artificial siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, slate roof covering, finials. One over one double hung windows. One story front and side Craftsman style porch with brick columns, sawn wood balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Exterior side stuccoed chimney. Stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan. Sidelights and transom at original front entry and French door with transom. Projecting two story cutaway bay with brackets and one story bay on south elevation.
