- Architectural Elavations - The roof pitch is 5:12. The porch is 23' wide and 8' deep and has a hand rail system around the entire perimeter of the porch. The front door is centered on the house with single windows to either side. See notes on the architerctural drawing for further details.
- Plot Plan - The front yard setback is 25.8'. The south sideyard setback is 5' and the north sideyard setback is 11.5'. The driveway is 10' wide and extend 19' beyond the habitable portion of the house. A private walkway connects the front steps to the drivewaty. A tree is planted in the front yard. See plot plan for more detail.
- The applicant is responsible for building acording to the approved plans. All measurements may have vary up to 6" to compensate for any field sitiuations that may arise during construction.
